Paquita Maria joins The Fusionizers Festival to share the sounds of her new album YTZ, released by the publisher Der Gesunde Menschenversand, accompanied by the eclectic François Colléaux on keyboards and sampler. While Paquita Maria draws us into the meanders of her poetry - both rough-edged and tender - where she confronts, and makes us confront, the vertigo of existence, François Colléaux unfolds arrangements of crystalline clarity and fleeting transparency. As we listen, we feel that intoxicating joy of being precisely the person this music was meant for. At times soft and delicate, at others powerful and piercing - yet always of striking beauty and deeply moving.

A HIGHLIGHT FROM FUSIONIZERS 24:

Performing together since 2021, Andrea Liarco (Violin) and Encarny Villarreal (DJ) inhabit the intersection of deep electronic sounds and celestial strings. Each session is a sensitive dialogue that suspends time, opening a space for listening, connection, and dance.

Cornio is the new project of Alessandro Cornio (guitar, vocals, stompbox) and Alessandro Scacchi (bass), already known as the founders of the duo Le Driadi. Their performances are a journey into a "musical forest where every note is magical" – a captivating experience of listening and dancing, combining Mediterranean roots, French Balfolk culture and the new fusion scene.

Specialised in Improvisation & Instant Composition this local voice movement artist loves to create songs & soundscapes via her voice only. Sia has been performing, teaching and later holding therapeutic spaces through voice & movement for more than half of her life. For Fusionizers 2026 she'll invite other festival musicians to join her practice and together enter a musical dialogue with the dancers. While trained in Jazz & Contemporary Music, there is no musical language or genre that doesn't spark Sia's interest – both as a musician and dancer. A blend of nordic sounds with earthy rhythm is likely to expect at some point though. Today Sia is well embedded in the European Fusion Dance scene, regularly contributing to the international community both as a musical artist as well as a dance teacher.

Encarny Villarreal is the co-founder and CEO of the Liberato Dance Institute, with over 20 years dedicated to dance, community, and transformation. Her DJ sets are rooted in presence, shaped in real time by the energy of the dancers and the space. Each set becomes a unique and transformative musical journey. She returns to Fusionizers as DJ and Stage Coordinator for its 4th edition.

At Fusionizers 2026, we welcome an artist who invites us into dreaming, softness, and poetic presence: *Moonclap*. “There is a Moon and a Clap, in every song and in every dance. Come and dream, stroll and melt with me.”
