​​Fusion Dance combines different dance styles to one experimental form and is danced to new music as opposed to vintage dances like Lindy, Blues or Tango which is danced to music of that era. Fusion is playful with a lot of freedom for the joy of experimentation for dance- and couple dance-astronauts.

 

There are no fixed steps or moves, but of course you can weave in all the steps you know from other dances. It is all about the connection between the dancers and the music.

A reason why it is so hard to describe what Fusion Dance looks like, is that it varies with every new dance partner you meet. Every dancer comes with their own background  and what you create in the moment together with the music is your own unique Fusion Dance.
